Transparency
Every cost is published before you trade it. Spreads, commission, swap and any fee stated as numbers, not adjectives.
ACSFX Markets exists to give serious traders direct, transparent access to global markets priced fairly, executed quickly, and supported by people who understand what a margin call feels like.
ACSFX Markets was formed by a group of market practitioners and technologists who had spent years on both sides of the retail brokerage relationship trading through brokers, and building the systems those brokers run on.
The pattern was familiar. Headline spreads that only appeared at 3am. Withdrawal requests that mysteriously needed one more document. Support teams reading from a decision tree. The technology to do better already existed; what was missing was the willingness to be measured on it.
We built ACSFX Markets around a simple test: would we be happy trading our own money through it? Every decision on pricing, execution and client service is checked against that question.
Straight-through routing, segregated funds
Every cost is published before you trade it. Spreads, commission, swap and any fee stated as numbers, not adjectives.
Infrastructure spending goes into latency, uptime and liquidity depth before it goes into advertising.
Leveraged trading loses money for most retail accounts. We say so plainly rather than burying it in a footer.
You reach a person who can look at your account, understand your position and give you a direct answer.
Four things determine whether a broker is safe to trade through. Here is where we stand on each.
Client funds are held in segregated accounts at tier-one banking partners, separate from the company's operating capital. They are not used for company expenses, hedging or working capital, and they are reconciled daily.
We operate a straight-through processing model. Orders are routed to our aggregated liquidity pool rather than internalised against you, which means our revenue comes from commission and spread markup, not from your losses.
Retail client accounts carry negative balance protection. If a gap event takes an account below zero, the balance is reset to zero. You cannot lose more than the capital in your account.
The company is subject to periodic independent audit, maintains anti-money-laundering and know-your-client procedures, and operates a documented complaints handling process with defined response times.
