Connecting to our server

Install the terminal

Download and run the installer for your operating system, then launch MetaTrader 5.

Choose the server

When prompted for a broker, search for ACSFX Markets-Live or ACSFX Markets-Demo & select it.

Log in

Enter the account number and password issued in your welcome email. Tick "save password" only on a device you control.

Check the connection

The status bar at the bottom right should show a green connection indicator and a data rate. If it shows "no connection", check your firewall.

No. MetaTrader 5 is free to download and use with your ACSFX Markets account.
No. Expert Advisors and other automated trading tools are not permitted on live accounts. You are welcome to test them on a demo account.
No. Scalping strategies are not permitted on live accounts.
No. Arbitrage trading — including latency and price arbitrage — is not permitted. Trades identified as arbitrage may be cancelled and the account closed.
Yes. Your positions are held on the server, so a trade opened on desktop appears straight away on mobile and in the browser, and can be closed from any of them.
Check that you picked the right server in the login window and that your account number and password are correct. "Invalid account" means the details are wrong; "no connection" means something on your network is blocking it.
