Getting money in, and out

Withdrawals are the part of a broker relationship that reveals everything. Requests submitted before 15:00 GMT on a business day are processed the same day, and we do not introduce new verification requirements at withdrawal time.

Deposit options

Deposits are credited in the currency of your trading account. Conversions use the prevailing interbank rate plus a stated margin.

How a withdrawal works

Request from the portal

Log in, choose Withdraw, select the method and enter the amount. Available balance excludes margin backing open positions.

Automated checks

The request is checked against your verified payment methods and any bonus conditions attached to the account.

Same-day processing

Requests received before 15:00 GMT on a business day are approved and released the same day. Later requests go out the next business morning.

Funds arrive

Arrival depends on the payment rail, not on us. E-wallets are typically same-day; cards and bank transfers take one to five business days.

What can delay a withdrawal

Being honest about this up front is better than surprising you later. A request may be held if:

  • Account verification is incomplete or a document has expired
  • The destination account is not in your name
  • Open positions mean the requested amount exceeds free margin
  • A bonus credit has outstanding volume conditions attached
  • The request is your first to a newly added payment method

Funding questions

No. Third-party deposits are rejected and returned to source. The name on the payment method must match the name on the trading account — this is an anti-money-laundering requirement, not a company preference.
A government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card or driving licence) and a proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement or council tax notice). Card deposits may also require a masked image of the card used.
If you deposit in a currency other than your account base currency, a conversion is applied at the prevailing interbank rate plus a stated margin, shown before you confirm the transaction. Holding an account in your primary currency avoids this entirely.
Yes, up to your free margin. Withdrawing reduces the equity cushion supporting open positions, so check your margin level before confirming — a withdrawal that pushes you close to the stop-out level is rarely worth it.
